I saw something last night about Dean but couldn't make head or tail of it. I've never seen Love Island - looks like something to stay away from.

I'd just looked it up in the Youth Foundation accounts, when we paid the money to the club for the trip, and yes it was 2009.

I think only Hewitt ended up playing for the first team, and he was taken from one of the younger age groups to make up that squad

The age limits in the Milk Cup were different to ours which meant some of the players weren't able to play so some younger lads went. Hewitt must have only been about 15 at the time.

Yes, 3 of the older boys traveled but couldn't play - King was one of those 3.

Know him fairly well through football, I admit he loves himself but he’s a nice lad. Good luck to him, if someone’s prepared to pay you for looking good why not take advantage?
