France will win

France have the ability to thrash Croatia if they play well and Croatia are anything other than their absolute best.

France look like a side who are just doing the minimum to win and have several gears in reserve to be honest.

Wasn't that interested when we was still in it,got sick of the "it's coming home" shite....and deep down everyone knew it was bollockssss!

The "It's coming home", I think started as a joke, but you could tell a lot of people meant it, and genuinely thought we were going to win it. That's when it comes back to bite you on the backside. Even had we beaten Croatia, I feel it would been tears in the final against France.

Reading all the comments above, I guess no one clicked on the link.

It's not about who will win between Frace and Croatia - it's about what went wrong at yesterday's Bastille Day celebrations.

I'm going to be sitting on a railway station and heading in to London in a few minutes, Paul Simon, James Taylor and others at Hyde Park. I won't be watching the WC final (or the tennis). Wednesday night's result sorted a conflict for me.

France by two clear goals

Again, only one team tried to play good football. Credit to Croatia, rubbish ref granted them a penalty that wasn't one IMO.
As against Belgium, cynical and ugly football has prevailed.

Maybe biased, however, they did need more than their fair share of good luck to come away with the trophy in the final.
They did turn up a bit in the secnd half but they should not have been ahead at half time ---but that is football.
