I was going to but with Dyche treating the pre season friendlies with the same contempt as the Europa League and not signing anyone for them I am not bothering.

Pre season friendlies are nothing more than warm ups, glorified training exercises and a chance to look at new formations. Most managers will not place much stock on them, especially the result.
I fail to understand how the manager is treating the Europa League with contempt ?
