I have just tried to sign up to the free package and it won't accept my work and personal email addresses.
I couldnt buy tickets online for the home leg against Aberdeen due to incorrect credit card details.
What a shambles our club is online.

I have registered but nothing seems to happen when I click on access clarets player other than showing my information I just set up with

You access it via the Live Match Centre but it never comes on until 15 minutes before kick off.

Same here. Registered for a free pass, but when I click "watch live now" I get asked if I want a monthly pass for £4.49 or a season pass for £42.99

Me too. Registered an account under free pass, click on the link fir the match and it wants me to pay.
I’m trying to watch on my fire tv box via the Silk browser.
Clarets Player really is hard work. Presumably this is supposed to make everyone sign up for the season ?

Looks to me like a gathering information exercise for marketing, which could be illegal considering the GDPR legislation as they now have 4 identifying pieces of information on all who signed up
