Wood has apparently got an infection following a bite but no info on Defour and Brady but imagine it's to do with their rehab.

Vokes is definitely out there and he’d better stay there as well.

We might be okay for tomorrow but it depends on how long these players are going to be injured for

Does that mean that he won’t be able to take part in any of the games or is the registration just for the preliminaries?

Same guy as above (the image) stated that during the conference Dyche has said deals will be difficult tomorrow, but wouldn't rule out further additions to the squad...

Exactly as I intimated on another thread..A very 'thin' squad with a number of those sidelined having no date set for a possible return. The 'injury' to Heaton just continues to ring alarm bells but a few others also have not played competitively for a very long time.

1-1 would be a good result. They have some good players, but so do we tbf.

Hendrick to do a job out wide if Lennon is out? Our midfield options look very thin without Defour and Brady.

The signing of Hart has me worried about the seriousness of Heaton’s injury, too. I’d be thinking he’d be chomping at the bit to get in there were he close.

If Lennon is out, it's a good opportunity to try at the back.

Emphasising our need for another winger with only JBG fit. Can we rely on defour to be fit for the season? Who knows we are awful short tomorrow. I think Taylor may start on the left side of midfield tomorrow

Genuinely forgot that we had Walters who could play out there, but would we risk him picking up an injury if we try to offload him in to the championship in the loan window?

We should just go 424 tomorrow, away goals are key, I'd take a 5-4 loss Tomorrow.

Walters out wide, Barnes wide with Hendrick in the hole, Hendrick wide - still some options - albeit bad ones but we have a freak amount of injuries and I can only see that situation improving. Still think we’ll get a couple of loan deals done for cover.

Can we rely on Defour to be fit for the rest of the season?

For me it's an emphatic 'no'! A very good player but to suggest he is injury prone is an understatement.

That sounds absolutely awful, I thought we were top heavy but we are still lacking quality, would like to see Bolasie in asap, 2 wide players isn't enough.

We have Lennon, Brady and JBG for the wings but could do with one more for the squad - maybe someone young for the future as well a couple of loans maybe?

I asked Danny Ings the same question in the 2013-14 season when he was living close by. He offered the same answer and after about a month was true to his word.

So Wood has got an infected mosquito bite rendering him unfit to travel , can understand why he opted for football as opposed to rugby , what a soft arse

Brady's been injured for ages and isn't fit enough to even make the squad, Lennon has been so inconsistent, even JBG isn't exactly dependable with injuries although hopefully it's all behind him.

You clearly don't know what can happen with some of these insect bites and excessive exercise.

Not sure Lennon has been inconsistent, by any fault of his own. He has been very effective and worked very hard when playing in his position. The only time he has been ineffective has been when Dyche has decided to play him on the left, when he is admittedly bloody awful.

It boils my **** when we play wide men on the opposite side; the only exception to the rule has been JBG, who does it well, although I prefer him on the left.

I love Defour, but he’s a waste of space. He will be fit for a few games and pick up a knock. If he plays 20 games in all competitions this season, I’ll be amazed.

JBG is a right winger.Always has been and always will be. The same can be said for Lennon so there is a problem when they are both on the pitch at the same time. Hence the need for someone who can play wide left because as stated above Lennon is 'bloody awful' on the left side and cuts an unhappy figure when he is forced to play there.

I'm not sure Lennon has been all that effective at all, in any game on any wing apart from the odd occasion. I think we're a better side with JBG on the right hand side because he's better than Lennon there.

There was a flea in his ear after his terrible header set up Abderdeen’s equaliser last week. Maybe it was that.
