My tickets say KO time 15.00 hrs.
Yet it now appears to be 13.30hrs.
When did this change happen and why?
Good job I spotted it.

Can't link to the site at the moment but Watford announced the change a couple of hours after we'd beaten Aberdeen.

Full marks to that man.
Does that mean we can assume that any fixtures moved from a Saturday to a Sunday will all be 13.30 KO times?

No. Cardiff September 30th is 4 pm.

You have to kick off now in the premier league Sunday slots for the TV. 1.30 or 4pm usually. Or match up if there's a 12 o clock kick off 2pm etc..

Cardiff was moved for Sky, not because of Europa.

Games that are moved for Europa only will likely be 1.30pm kickoffs.

Anyone know why the standard KO time for games changed due to Europa is 1.30pm and not, say, 3pm?

I don't know why but if a game is moved to a Sunday (but not on TV) it can only be played at one of the broadcasting times and they are very often 1:30 and 4 p.m.
