If the fans had been more noisy would it have made Sam Vokes and Ash Barnes finish better?

I think I’ve covered that in the original post. Make some noise and make it intimidating for their fans and players. Even vokes waved his arms after their goal meaning make some noise.

I was watching on the TV and it seemed like it was a good atmosphere. The commentators were certainly acknowledging the noise and said it sounded like the Turf was full.

Cant commentate on rest of ground as i couldnt hear for the noise in the cfs. But the cfs was very very good.

Only disappointment was the number of empty seats and the number of early leavers. But there you go.

Absolutely. We were great today, finishing was our only negative. A lot of players played really well today, nothing like our recent performances. McNeil absolutely great debut for 18. Diddnt deserve to draw, we can concentrate on the league and have settled 11.

CFS was great as usual

The ones that went on were great.

The empty seats were a disgrace.

If you can't turn up for what was (is) possibly our last European game for another 50 years for £15 then you aren't a fan at all.

(obviously not applying to circumstances that make that an absolute non starter, or living 100 miles away etc)

To say there was only about 15000+ on it was a fantastic atmosphere...

Lots of support and chanting in JHU much more than usual.

If you think that was anywhere near what an atmosphere after what happened away and a chance for group stages was then there’s something wrong. Olympiakos at home had the atmosphere we should have had today, allthough we also matched and bettered them.

Zesty they do hearing tests now at Specsavers. These conditions can just creep up on you.

There was a good atmosphere in the CFS but empty seats which will inevitably be filled Sunday? Poor, very poor. £15.

My ST is in the CFS but today I took my autistic 8 year old along for his first match and we were on the half way line in JHU - from where we were sat, CFS were superb tonight as expected, the surprise for me was where I was, lots of good singing and joining in - cracking atmosphere, not quite Spurs at home in the cup, but good none the less.

The CF sold out. Why the empty seats?

Our home atmopshere is always crap and one of the worst in the league. However, even with our embarrassing attendences in Europe, our atmosphere has always been better in those ties I've felt.

I thought the atmosphere was great tonight. CFS were excellent and we were loud and proud in the JH upper too. Not sure there was too much more we could have done to be fair.

My only criticism would be to the fans who suddenly left the ground when Olympiacos scored. I know it's all personal preference but I did feel the lads deserved a little more of a "thank you", not just for tonights efforts but the whole European experience. It just looks very "plastic" to see so many dash off when it looked like the tie was over. Anyway, each to their own and all that shiz

Atmosphere was strong tonight, and finally we made some nosie/ woke up in the first 5 mins of the second half.

100 percent agree.

People can leave when they want. Some people have other things in their lives. It is realism to know when a game/tie is gone with a few minutes to go. As long as fans are behind the players when they are there it doesn't matter. I'd be questioning more why some fans didn't bother to turn up at all.

Which is why I said it's "personal preference" but for the players to look to the stands and see so many leaving when we conceded tonight I feel it does matter. Those particular fans had given up on the players, they will have sensed that and it could affect them.

Bolloxks. Olympiacos couldnt have been less in the game if we'd pelted them witj rocks.

Needed a bit of luck tonight for that fiest breakthrough. Had we scored first we would have won comfortably
