They'll still swerve around us somehow to talk about arsenal, even though they weren't playing.

Alan Shearer will press-stud back your joy to a far corner of your skull for sad introspection with his graphic replay underpants, so beware.

I haven't. Should I be surprised (that he's not knocking us), or not be surprised that he's predictably knocking us?

They'll talk about Spurs U23s if it means having to avoid bigging us up.

And yes, I'll still be bloody watching it.

No he had tweeted mark chapman saying utc told you so. Then a few fans said we miss you and he mentioned his love for Stan. Then a fan tweeted "one swallow doesnt make a summer" to which he replied "yes but once a c**t always a c**t" in reference to the fan.

Looks like it has been removed from his page now but if anyone got a screengrab i wouldnt be shocked if he didnt get in trouble for it

He normally knocks us whenever I hear him or at the very least struggles to give us praise.

Very good to see the Clarets on the front foot for a change. Bournemouth did not deserve a 4-0 scoreline though as they played some neat stuff. Hats off to our defenders though, for keeping their shape.

Hart 8 Some excellent saves
Lowton 7 Good to see him back.
Tarkowski 7 Solid.
Mee 7 Solid.
Taylor 7 Lots of energy but a bit wasteful with his crosses.
JBG 8 MOM Energy and skill in abundance.
Westwood 7 Did well
Cork 7 Not back to his best but an improvement on last week.
Lennon 8 That goal will do him the world of good. He's a confidence player.
Vydra 7 Looks like a footballer if you know what I mean.
Vokes 7 Good shift.

Wood 7 Gave them something else to think about.
Barnes 8 See Lennon only twice over :)

Who was the Bournemouth player with little legs, whizzing around like he was on casters with a jet engine up his arse?

Posts 16 and 17 are uninformed and incorrect rubbish...they smack very much of 'chip on shoulder, the world is against us'..common on this forum.

The reference in post 15 to Chappers/Chapman relates to 'the Monday Night Club', six days ago [17/9] on BBC 5 live - I heard the whole programme... in the last 6/7 minutes before the live match started Chapman initiated a discussion about our start to the season, and whether we were likely to improve
or not..?

Ian Wright answered and he could not have been more supportive of BFC and Sean Dyche, and he was in absolutely no doubt that we would move away from the foot of the PL table.

** imo we have been well and fairly treated by TV, radio, and press in all our PL seasons. .

Wrighty has changed his tune on us a bit over the last few years. Listening to 606 Sunday shows he would always give a very brief answer and move on when Burnley came up. Naturally he want's to be remembered as an Arsenal legend and not for playing out his twilight years with Notts Country, Celtic and lastly us.

The last couple years though he's been much more complimentary, maybe a fair weather pundit, however he always talks positively of Dyche in win or defeat so I think there is some respect there from him.
