Just out of interest, who chooses the images that accompany the articles? Those two pictures of Colin and our Sean are quite amusing. Colin looks like my Nan used to when she would put on her rain hood to pop down the shops and Sean looks as if he’s just smelled something funny on his fingers. No idea what it might be.

Probably in a minority. But I like Warnock. Hes proved himself at championship level time after time, often against the odds. In a different set of circumstances he wouldve been an excellent manager for us at one point.
Today probably wont be easy. But we should be winning.

I kind of agree with Cricketfield tbh. Colin has definitely done some odious things and been more than a little underhand at times in order to "get an edge" (a la Sheffield Utd) but over years and years at loads of different clubs he has almost always had a degree of success and rather like Fat Sam I have come to think he's actually very, very good at what he does.

If he’s rather like Fat Sam it would make him an odious little turd...I don’t think he is anything like fat Sam

I was referring to his record, which over a long period of time is undeniable really. I agree he's not necessarily a nice guy (very much like Sam) but they both know how to manage a football club, especially one in a spot of bother.

I quite like Colin too but he is a dinosaur in footballing terms nowadays. I never forget when he sent out that Sheff Utd team and was it 3 players he had sent off? Then got 2 players to go off injured last so game would be abandoned .
He has kept thugs like Santos in a job because theu suit his style of play. I understand needs must when playing on uneven playing fields due to budgets and so on. A master of the dark arts but comes across as an okay guy. He really is a conundrum
