Done all the usual googling of course, but any recommendations for supply and fitting of one of these in Burnley/Pendle area would be greatly appreciated.

Was thinking of getting one myself, went to look at several in Mann's on Scotland Road, Nelson.
They've got some really smart looking ones in their showroom. Well worth a look.

Got one from Mann's a few years ago. Very professional and will tell you what you actually need rather than trying to sell you the most expensive. They can also build you a stone surround to your own spec.

Beware if you are in a Smokeless Zone. Many are ignoring this but it will become an issue at some stage.

More and more people are going for one in the corner of the room now instead of the traditional fire place.
Must be cheaper or easier for installation.

In reality , Tufty, my switch from an open fire to a woodburner probably cut the amount of wood I use by around 80%.
Just sayin
