The Everton job.
Re: The Everton job.
No the turning point was failing to improve your first 11 in 2 transfer windows.
If you stand still in this business, you go backwards.
Mr Dyche can't be expected to work miracles every single season.
The board have a lot to answer for, for a lot of decisions in various areas of the club.
But hey ho, we can all tell the grand kids we were in the premier league once, and we made 50m profit in consecutive seasons.

5 years was a rediculous contract. Did well but hasn't countered the loss of energy from boyd and afield with enough skill. Too slow too predictable.

Although, SD can't be held fully accountable, the board have a lot to answer for too.
All this talk of we will do everything we can on the training ground to put it right.
How about we start by upping the 3 day working weeks, to nearer 5.

Re: The Everton job.
Don't think Everton were ever interested in Dyche. Seemed to be more the media pushing that one.

Has he moved on? No
Do we lack energy? Yes
He just hasn't adapted to the current situation.
