Hoping for a few niggling injuries here for West Ham.
Nowt serious, but enough to put them out of the game against us. ;)
And maybe a couple of reds....

Think this'll be a draw.

Andy Carroll just come on for West Ham. First aerial challenge usual arms flailing, catches opponent in face. Second one, on floor, takes man out with ball nowhere near. Could have, probably should have, been sent off.

Aye these last 12 months with 8 league wins have been hilarious.

Decent game, both teams attack well, passing the ball through midfield and getting men in the box. I imagine it will be just the same on Sunday.

Didn't watch the game, I'm still ****** off after yesterday. But against our weak as **** midfield, they'll run rings round us. If they hit us on the break, we have zero pace to get back in time.

West Ham looked a good side tonight. Defensively well structured and solid, and pace and tricky going forwards. Their strikers are sh1t though.

Felipe Anderson is an interesting one for them though. Couldn't find a team mate from 5 yards first half, then came alive second half and won the game for them. Could get messy on Sunday if he fancies it.

Anderson is a quality player who in his first season here is doimg incredibly well. Theyve an excellent manager too.

Oh, what SD would give for the same inconsistency and win 5 of his next 6 matches.

Felipe Anderson cost 45 million puts things into perspective,he's a decent Premier League player but no world beater, and he came from Italy which is supposed to be a cheaper market for shopping.

Didn't see the game but their pace on the break is frightening,Southampton looked solid enough to survive despite this defeat.

Well if Saints fans are like some on here then they won't care about the result then as their side played nice football and that's all that matters ;)

Against our weak as **** midfield
How dare you
You can t slate jack Cork
That would be like saying Sam Vokes had no pace and offered nothing
As for captain benny

Nicholas is back on Sunday finished his delivery’s
Sleighs back int shed joe harts left the building and burnley are back

Looking at the size of Dioup and the other lad at the back for West Ham they'll mop up if we continue with the hoof ball. We need to get it down and start passing it better, hoping JBG and McNeil start.

Can't see JBG or McNeil making any difference, they came on against Everton and did nothing, neither did changing to a 442.
Our best bet is to keep to the 532 or 352 and tell Taylor to sit on the half way line. For all his critics Taylor has, he is the only player we have who has the pace and ability to get to the by line and deliver

Totally agree with that.Taylor has been getting a lot of unfair criticism on here. He is certainly a player who is able to get to the byline and put in a cross. He’s always looking for that opportunity to get a ball past the opposition defence. Perhaps he isn’t quite as strong as Ward defensively but he’s improved massively over the seaason. We need to stick with him. If Mee could be trusted to play a onventional left back role , Taylor could do well on th wing, unles Brady is fit again
