She's by far the best female pundit out there. Sky know that and that's why she's on Sky. BT Sport pick up the leftovers.

She's often on "Final Score" too...not over keen on her as a pundit but...yeah...…..

she's not annoyed me as a pundit so far, actually fairly decent if you can cope with her Southern accent !

She’s not a bad pundit. She’s also worth one

Is she the black woman ?if it’s the one I think She’s mediocre at best as a pundit , not bad eye candy but if a bloke came out with such mundanities he’d be moved along pronto . She might improve as she gets more experience though and knows what she’s on about . I’d certainly give her one so no complaints here

You can't possibly be serious. Moved along pronto? The likes of Merson and Redknapp have been spouting absolute drivel on Sky Sports for years now.

Indeed they have but their stock in trade ( certainly for Merson and say Garth Crooks ) is their idiotic bellendery and sheer mirth and disbelief of the watching public that makes them oddly watchable not unlike driving past a car crash

I think she's great; knowledgeable, insightful and entertaining.

I watched MOTD for the first time for a while at the weekend. There was one female commentator who just shouted all the way through her game. Who was she?

That series was hilarious.

Well she is certainly busy....every time you turn the TV on to watch a game on any channel or just watch football focus Alex Scott seems to be on.
She does seem fairly knowledgeable (for a girl....i`m joking !!) but a lot of what she says seems very robotic and she delivers it very frantically. Flip side of that is that at least she is well researched unlike some of the ex footballers like Souness who think they can just turn up because of who they are.

I'm still of the view that the pundits and commentators should just be the ones who are the best at their jobs - male or female....I know that's a crazy mad approach to take but hey ho !!

What I would say is that I have seen the Chelsea FC ladies team manager Alex Hayes on TV and heard on the radio a few times also. Now she may not be as good looking as Alex Scott (lets be honest she definitely isn't !!) but I was extremely impressed with the way she spoke and her football knowledge of both the mens and womens game.

My view is that if you rank the best pundits, the best ones happen to be male. And she's on because she's female. The best female yes, but shoudn't be on if we go via the best to worst.
