New ST question

Trying to register to buy a new st in the JMU, with my nephew in the 2nd seat, he's 5 but it has him as under 18 and therefore not free despite me keying his dob?

I cant exactly call into brunshaw road so any tips?....

PURCHASING MULTIPLE TICKETS ONLINE http://www.claretsstore.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you wish to buy two or more tickets which are for a different price band, that person's number must be attached to yours within the 'Family & Friends' menu.

Once the extra person(s) have been selected from the drop-down box, click 'Update Basket' at the bottom of the page. This will then apply the correct price(s).

Cheers. i had done that, and it changed it to an u18 when it should have changed to u10 :(

I just had this problem, turned out he needed his own claret number.. don’t know if that helps.

If memory serves, you need to get a Claret number set up with the ticket office and you have to provide evidence of the child’s age in order to receive the free under 10 season ticket. Obviously could be difficult to do this from a long distance, but e-mail the ticket office and they’ll advice.
