Got them now, used a different Clarets Number.

Is there a problem with the system or am I missing something? I am trying to purchase 3 adults and 2 under 20's. I have clarets numbers with sufficient loyalty points yet it is only allowing me to purchase 4 tickets and not 5. I cannot fathom what on earth is wrong with this, can anyone shed any light please?

Are you sure you have you got five Clarets Numbers in your friends and family who have the required number of points?

The sysytem did the same with me when I tried to order 6, I had to do a 4 and then a 2.

Yes I’m 100% certain because if I do them individually they all work. I could do a 4 and a 2 but I want us all sat together.

Cheshire - If you try again tomorrow you should be able to get all 5 on one transaction.

Soooooo, tried again and.......no joy. I’ll call the ticket office and see if they can enlighten me.

Tried the ticket office. No answer, the voicemail message is asking me to email them. Very odd.

They don't start until 9am so wouldn't have sorted it when you tried. It is still set at a maximum of 4 and I've just contacted them about it. Suggest that you try again shortly.

Should be ok now.

I got 2 Thurs morning. £5 and £10. Football is expensive .
