Guys, anyone know what the above issue may be when I'm trying to login to get tickets for Everton game? I've checked its the correct PW & I've also tried on different browsers. Just asking before I give them a ring

Call the ticket office. I googled the error and google threw up two results, from 2013 and 2014, and both times the advice from the official twitter accounts were to call the ticket office.
