So Chelsea report Burnley to the FA, only for the FA to charge Sarri. It seems he really is a **** Italian.

No idea whether there is going to be any fall out from the incidents at the end or the accusations but Sarri has been charged because of his dismissal. I much preferred Conte. At least you knew he would be charging up and down the touchline and jumping into the crowd.

there have been suggestions, with Burnley moving forward, he might have been time wasting to help his side earn a much needed point.
Love it.

I know Chelsea are very precious about time-keeping (especially during Mourinho’s years) so how about these:
Minute 8 - Hendrick
Minute 24 - Barnes
Minute 94 - Sarri
Minute 95 - a well-earned point.

Who's Sarri now!

“The Chelsea manager has until 18:00 on Friday (26/04/2019) to provide a response.”
Could he get away with any punishment if he’s sacked and leaves the Country before Friday?

I thought of using that as my match report title but the song is so old I wasn’t sure how many would have understood it.

Of course if he is still at the helm next season we could always sing it to him.

Not be long before Sarri packs his bags and buggers off back to Italy, tail between his legs, p45 in one pocket and a cheque worth a few million euros in the other. Hes clearly not a favourite at the bridge and once Hazard leaves the club they wont be the force of old, tatty bye Marizio.

Chelsea fans on Twitter have really had a breakdown over this. It's wonderful to see.

Ah, showing my age again! Like the other day when someone mentioned 50 year-old women in tight leather kex at Whalley night club -- suddenly at 60-odd that doesn't seem such a ridiculous prospect!

Evidently, Sarri has asked for leniency. His defence is that he is just a **** Italian and believes this is sufficient to let him off.

I have a copy of that. MGM label. Will now play it, thinking of Sarri.
