You would have thought that Burnley Bus Company would have put extra buses on today

They don’t seem to be interested in football matches at all when it is clear they need to put extra on.

The only time I ever remember them putting another bus on was years back, when we played City in the cup. ('91?)
I as at Chorlton, at the back of a huge line of people. The bus was filled pretty quick and some manager guy was telling us another was on its way.
Think they put 2 extra on that day.

Whatever you say about it....the X43 is a fantastic service.

I get the X41 from Accrington which doesn't run as often but the X43 is a brilliant service and shows up.

If there are traffic hold ups it isn't their fault.

The X43 ..Is that the one with the tarted up witch on the side in red shoes ?.

It’s rarely late when I use it ... for the cost of it and the ease of use it is brilliant.

Think they run every 15 mins making it very difficult to be waiting long,Deansgate is a ball ache when it's busy.

I'm talking about the one that runs from Skipton to Burnley! I can assure you it doesn't run every fifteen minutes!

Wouldn't happen under the communists!

It's my go-to way to get to the Turf from Putney. (Getting back is a different matter). Also gives me the the chance for a cheeky pint at the City Arms in Manchester .

We use the X43 all the time caught it to Skipton on Saturday
