I text one of my mate's good luck who's a Sunderland fan and he's gone to the game - he's not confident though.

Hopefully a Sunderland win, as never particularly liked Portsmouth.

McGeady missing out is massive for Sunderland. Surprised to see empty seats !

I've got it on, but this second half is tedious.

How's Dunne playing, he should be bossing things at that level?

Never a red. Not a clear goalscoring opportunity

Looked to be heading away from goal. Not a red.

He looks to have got the ball too with the direction the ball went. Not seen it in slow motion though.

I think you know he’s on the subs bench so why bother with this drivel ?

Fancied a draw here.

A clean sheet and / or a home win in the play offs is priceless though if at home first leg.

Never understood the clamour for away leg first. Get a steady result at home first and put all the pressure on them for second leg at home. We did it twice.

I’m not sure I’ve seen a game with so many stupid fouls committed.

Always had a soft spot for Sunderland having lived there for a couple of years as a kid, family connections, and the send off their fans gave to Stan T in his last game as manager for us.

Hope they go up.
