What a fine example I do wish a lot more employers would do the same.

Richer is a super smart businessman his book was years ahead of its time on retail . Amazed he’s managed to keep most of his “ soso” high st locations going over the years ,he’s quite a guy . Though the zero hours thing isn’t relevant to his model as he’s not piling it high and selling it cheap over huge floor spaces .
Brits want cheap goods with massive buyer protections and long opening hours with “ high” minimum wage. You therefore get “ supply and demand “ working hours ( 0 hours contracts ) They’re unpleasant but a simple result of modern buying habits .

I disagree, this low wage rip off Briton culture started with Thatchers anti-trade Union laws from 1979 to this day.
That's not an opinion by the way but evidence.

Bob of Bob's Red Mill in the US did this a few years ago. He's like 75.

The system is sick and needs a reboot. If you can pay yourself in gold bullion to avoid National Insurance then something is seriously wrong.

If you could, you would be right. In fact, since this has already been stopped, you were right at one stage.

I've always liked Richer Sounds. Clearly a good culture there as the staff always seem to care
