Fresh on the back of golf's US Open we will now have a go at a Nap League for the five day Royal Ascot horse racing meeting.

For those regulars you will know the script.

Please choose one horse from each race from Tuesday until Saturday and post daily on this thread. There are six races each day.

Mark one horse each day as your nap which if it wins will count as double to your score.

Each person starts with +- £0 and for every winner increases that by the SP. For every loser you lose £1.

NON RUNNERS - If you select a non runner (Macca) it will be dealt with as a loser and given -£1. Please do not choose alternative selections.

I will attempt to do a league table each evening as early as possible around my divorce proceedings and making the kids tea.

This is free to enter and a £10 bet to the winner (nighty - after the golf dismal effort feel free not to enter)
