Are the games meant to be 20 overs per team? (I live on the south coast and don't get to see any of these games but thought I read a comment that Lowerhouse had 59/0 after 21 overs).

Weekend games unless specified otherwise will be 50 overs each.

T20 is probably what you are thinking of and is mostly a Friday night job with 20 overs each

Delayed start to second innings at Burnley due to rain. Forecast has changed a bit and they should be ok once they get back on.
