A number of people on here have been having difficulty in making contact with the club regarding ticket purchase and enquiries and I've been asked to share the official contact numbers -

NB: Calls to 0844 numbers cost 7p per minute from a BT landline, but will vary depending on your phone company, or if using a mobile phone.

Please note, standard matchday tickets or season tickets cannot be purchased on this number. This number should be used if a supporter has an issue with their account, needs to query direct debit, or has accesibility issues.

Very harsh to say every aspect, think it's just a case of maximising profits where ever possible.

And whilst people keep paying it or turning a bling eye, sadly it will happen more and more.

Make sure you don’t ring the old ticket office number I had saved in my phone. Rang for days and days thinking it was busy on the other end. Turns out they “can’t” disconnect the old phone line and it cost me £20+ in phone bills.
Surely they could put a recorded message on there or something to stop folk ringing more than once.

Didn't know that you still have to pay for a call even if no one answers!

Awful comment. The club should charge £70 a minute as we are skint at the moment, can’t afford to buy anyone after all. That 7p just helps to cover the week to week running of the club.
The fans should certainly be fleeced for all they have to make sure the club can just about top up the electricity metre for the week.

Nobody answers but a recorded message comes on saying “Welcome to Burnley Football Club -the home of the Clarets- nobody is available to answer your call please try again” etc , and you are charged for hearing the 20-30 second message

Not sure what it was I deleted it soon as I got my phone bill !
Not only did I get charged for the calls but I missed out on tickets as the game had sold out by the time I got the new number.
Emailed the club about it and they said they couldn't disconnect the old line and tough luck basically.

Seems very strange that a number can't be disconnected.
