There isn't such a thing as an official supporters club. The club have made it very clear that all supporters clubs should be independent so they can set them up. At some point in the near future they should be able to affiliate to Burnley FC Supporters Groups.

This site welcomes any formed group to advertise in the Supporters Clubs Directory at

You are very welcome - if they are organised, even a small group, we can do the advertising for them on here as we do for Melbourne Clarets and I've been tasked with discussing the idea of them affiliating to Burnley FC Supporters Groups and am currently trying to put together a list for myself so I can start contacting them.

All details for Prague Clarets are on that site but happy to provide anything else needed.

We serve a dual purpose of organizing viewing for ourselves, and also ensuring any visiting clarets can watch the game. Im sure several posters on here would be happy to confirm that we don't do a bad job

Job spec for a role at Burnley FC this week mentioned liaising with oversea Supporters.
“Help maintain the club's Group Sales database and the overseas supporters database.
Assist and maintain overseas supporters group website”

You’d imagine it is something they are continually looking to increase.

I must admit, they have mentioned several things but ive not seen much to date. I understand tbh as proportionally we are a small number of fans

Hadn't seen that but we've been told quite clearly that supporters clubs must be independent of the club - just found it, refers to maintaining a database, not liaising with supporters.

I think the more sites we can get on the Supporters Club Directory on here, the better. All I would need is for you to send something through for me to add - just send it to the admin at uptheclarets dot com email address.

I am going to have to put together a list of contact addresses too for these groups to get in contact with them so we can move the whole thing forward. I know a couple on here but there seem to be so many although I'm sure some of them are just one or two people rather than supporters groups.

ahahhahahahahhahhaha..by the way i saw a lot of matches in those years, so i think that in italy there isn't a official burnley fan club..just having an idea to create a fb page for italian clarets but didn't do yet... see u guys for burnley saints and for a couples of john smith in royal dyche.
