I love the idea behind this aesthetic.
My OCD can't see past the footballs not being lined up so the same design faces the camera on each one though.

Should Burnley follow this example? Where would ours be taken?

Actually, if they could stop traffic, in front of the bridge over the culvert could be decent

My first thought WAS Townley Hall - on the lane leading up from the bottom car park with the hall behind them - would look mighty impressive.
By the way whose the man mountain in the middle there? He doesn't look like someone you would want to find you in bed with his wife.

Jan the Man sounds like a pretty decent tactician and motivator of men in overwhelmingly outnumbered situations. Sounds like the forerunner of Sean Dyche. Like the idea that he used armoured wagons with muskets 500 years before tanks were invented.

In front of the War memorial in the gardens of Towneley Hall would be grand.

Ours should be taken somewhere that shows what a multinational area we live in, somewhere that truly captures the essence of Burnley as a town. In front of Boohoo would be ideal.

We should have a team photo inside Queen Street Mill, with the working looms in the background.

That was my second thought - I've got a pic of me and my (now deceased) dog in front of there from a few years ago and I must say it is rather fetching. But then I do take a good picture, it must be my...oops sorry, I digress.

It's hard to take photos in Prague because of all the background Czechs.

Thanks for that. Like the pic and know a little more about Jan Zizka... one of the names that pop up in medieval study... but not so central Northern European politics to have looked up, until today.

In the memorial garden. Loads of great angles for photos.
Are they off to a Gay Pride Parade in those boots? And no I’m not homophobic, it just reminded me of the flag.

Haha they are a bit floral aren't they? but if they keep winning 3-0 with goals like the third from Sunday they can wear what they want!

This does make me think though, should Burnley be a bit more local in their choice of photo locations, especially for the leisurewear?
Vydra up Duke Bar at the Czech food shop
Lowton and Westwood messing around on the boating lake in Thompson Park
Hendrick in Tesco
Dyche out back at the Royal Dyche
Defour at St Peter's Centre waiting for his doctors appointment
