I’m assuming it’ll be open upto kickoff

It’s the “newly developed office” next to Bob lord entrance

Ticket collection is the Elite Training Centre (behind the Longside).

So we have a new ticket office that we don’t use to collect tickets?

That makes sense

Ticket collection has been elsewhere for years. Makes absolute sense not to have people joining the ticket office queue if they are just collecting.

I could understand it being separate whilst we had the window at knee hight, but assumed that now we had the new office it would have been incorporated.

It doesn’t need to be the same queue. If I recall the picture correctly, there’s a single window to the side - that could have been used for collections

Makes far more sense to have it separate....less congestion and much quicker as purchasing tickets takes quite a bit longer than collecting one.

It was separate long before we had the knee high windows. It was separate when the old ticket office was next to the shop in the old building and that was the case for many years. It's entirely logical to me, keeps those who are just collecting well away from the ticket office and the queues that develop there.

As for the ticket office, there is one entrance with a barrier inside to help with the queue. There are no windows for customers to use, there is one long counter with a number of stations.

In 2019 there really should be ATM style ticket points. Scan a code you receive when ordering, scan and it simply prints them out.

Easy.

Ya! Or even print at home tickets. I’ve been to various sport events and music events where you print your own. Or even E-Tickets.
