Where can I collect my Foundation members card at The Turf please?

I joined Foundation in July/August 2016. Membership pack was mailed to me, including card. I live near London, but I know I didn't have to ask specially for the pack to be mailed to me.

Thanks Paul. I have never been sent a pack that included the actual card to get into the Foundation members lounge. I had to collect it myself. It was quite a few years ago.

They use to send mine by post but last few years I’ve had to pick it up, used to be from the lottery office.

Last few seasons it has been the Lotteries Office which is behind the JHU, next to the centre of excellence / sports hall.

The days of a pack and a foundation beer mat are long gone as is the chance of getting away tickets for big away games unless you are in the chosen few.

Thanks for your help guys. It was indeed in the Lotteries office behind the JHU

And if you arrived as I did you were soaked to the skin. Bloody glad the result turned out as it did. Nothing worse than getting drenched going to the game, losing the game and getting drenched leaving the ground.
I would take a soaking for the next 18 home league games for that result though
