Looked angry and up for it when he came on not enough time for either sub to make a full impact though

To be fair before the first goal we were struggling to get behind them. First goal goes in they collapsed.

Crying out for Lennon? I've long regarded him as a bit of a light weight. He doesn't seem to have the pace which was a key feature of Lennon at his best.

I think McNeil starts every game and I'd personally play JBG over Lennon

If the ball was played in front of Lennon, (rather than have him come back to collect it), then we might see more of his attacking pace.

JBG and McNeil, until JBG gets injured.

It was nice to see. I said to my lad, if they are going to give up every time they go a goal down, then they are in for a long season. Hasenhutl will be gone by xmas if they keep that up.
So sad

I said before match. They won’t fancy this today and we will put three past them .Shame it took a goal for that to be true. Was worse than the conditions at nil nil

If the game is ever " crying out for Lennon" then Dyche has to go.

I was thinking we were missing Joe Allen or Yaya Toure in that first half.

I’m guessing you didn’t catch any pre season games. He’s looked really sharp, I think he is pushing himself to work his way back in to the team, which is great for us.

Looked really up for the fight yesterday, which is just what we need. I hope he finds some decent form this season as he could be a very useful member of the squad, even if that’s mainly from the bench.

Lennon doesn’t half get a bad press on here. He’s an excellent player for our framework and I think we’ll see plenty of him this season.
