Given that England gave football to the world and we're founder members of the football league, play the world's oldest football league derby, the first club to pay players to play, the first to have a dedicated training ground, etc.then surely we could apply for unesco world heritage status and access grants to do the place up. That would leave more in the budget for transfers. :D
