Cracking match. Wolves not saving players and both sides going for it.

Wolves playing without shirt sponsorship?
I’m guessing betting companies aren’t allowed in Italy.

Wolves are just a way better side than we were when we finished 7th, no messing around resting players and making excuses before it even started.

Not slag us off, just don’t think we took it seriously.

What makes it more surprising is how we've spent the same on player signings and wages and have a chairman as wealthy. There's just no excuses.

59mins. 0-2. Jota tap in after good work from Traore. You don’t say that often.

Wolves have a stronger squad than ours, and are perhaps better equipped for a European campaign, but most of us realised that our priority was maintaining our premier league status

The more football I watch, this season, players are definitely spreading out.
All through the tikki-takka years it was 5-10yd passes and very compact. Most matches now the passes seem to be 15-20yds and games are much more open.

I wonder how good a go Wolves would have had if there 1st, 2nd and possibly 3rd choice goalkeepers had been injured?

watch the defending, zero effort, it's a goal anyone would score given the lack of effort on display by Torino

Not watching tonight but would wager Wolves passage to this stage has been easier than Aberdeen - Basakeshir - Olympiakos

If we had got to the group stages and finished bottom of the group the same critics would have fired the same bullets just a couple of months later. If we get to the fifth round of the League Cup and the sixth round of the FA Cup, (quarters) the complainers will still complain and say that we didn’t take the competitions seriously. FACT.

You think we didn't have a go against Olympiakos? A couple of dodgy refereeing decisions in the 1st leg cost us as we almost matched them and then we really should have battered them at Turf Moor - with Sam Vokes' miss with a header at an open goal in the 9th minute setting the stage for a whole host of chances or scoring opportunities.

Jota 150+ minutes since Monday, Jimenez 160+, Dendoncker, Moutinho, Coady, Boly the full 180.
So I expect Cutrone to make his full debut against us in the PL, Doherty and Neves to start - possibly Gibbs-White too and maybe Vallejo to retain his spot tonight over one of the two centre halves who have played both lots of 90 minutes.

Didn’t we have Long and Gibson in central defence in the away leg?

yes - Gibson sent off and conceded a penalty for handball after the break - the fact that the Olympiakos owner had stormed into the officials' changing room at half-time purely incidental of course

Don’t know if Docherty was on the bench tonight but didn’t he come off injured on Monday night?

Surely there’s a result for us on Sunday given the amount of rotation that will be needed. Either way, can’t be any more one sided than it was last year.

A couple of dodgy decisions ? Convinced they ‘got at’ the ref at HT as 2nd half nothing went our way after him being in control and having a good game 1st half

People go on about this Thursday thing. We played united after a huge European Thursday night game. Was it a semi final when Zlatan got injured? They hammered us on the Sunday.

Yep when it comes to self pity and always someone else's fault we've become more Liverpool than Liverpool. You can see why Sid likes us so much

What's next?
Wolves play for the third time in a week when they entertain Burnley in the Premier League on Sunday, 25 August (16:30 BST). Torino have a week off before the second leg at Molineux next Thursday....
From the BBC website
Lets hope Wolves sre more interested in Torino than us

Wolves will take us and Torino seriously.
Hopefully we win. But if we do it won’t be because they played tonight.
