If you actually look at the highlights, he stops diving as soon as he realises it's going the other way - if the shot was going the same direction he'd dive further...

Missed marking Lennon so 5 I guess

Apologies and rather than start a thread, I see Pope getting the usual 7s to reflect he didn't have much to do which is fair, but I thought the save he pulled out from Mee near the end was top drawer and signs of him returning to his best. Kicking was never his strong point.

very difficult save given the deflection - didn't think he had much to do today but didn't get anything wrong.

The defence were magnificent with Tarks & Mee outstanding
