hi guys, im of to Albufeira on Wednesday, and I just wondering if theres any clarets out there, or if theres anywhere that might be showing the Burnley Brighton game on Saturday UTC

Not out there currently but hoping to be there late October.

Try Sports bar 33 they have a facebook page with game listings on, or drop them a message i'ts a little way out.
The old town try The Cavern Pub or the One for the Road or an Irish bar called Bellavista.

Most bars on the main drag have screens, shouldn't be too much of problem finding one.

Get to the strip. You can visit 30 bars in about 3 minutes to ask/see if its on.

(and book a table at the Cockerel for after, though it might be fully booked by now!)
