Just got in to discover my Villa tickets haven’t arrived yet order them on Tuesday and thought it’d be plenty of time.

Has anyone had any experience of this and got advice of what to do next? I’ll try and contact the ticket office in the morning but don’t know if there’s anything they can do?

All you can do is phone our ticket office but it will be up to Villa whether they will re-print the tickets. They have confirmed there is no pay on the day.

Same happened for me for an away game at Watford the other season. As Tony says just ring the ticket office first thing in the morning, they were very helpful. Got my tickets from a member of staff at Watford

A batch were never received by fans (including me) through the post for the Wolves game. I rang ticket office on the morning and they arranged for us to collect them at Molineux. Same should be possible for you. Hope you get sorted out.
