Best place to buy a new back gate

Just had a quick look online but choice seems pretty limited with most places concentrating on doors.
Where's the best place around here to get one?

Buy some wood and make your own,will be better than anything you buy ready made and the satisfaction when you walk through it and think I made that is amazing.

You have to fix all brackets on and paint it for extra waterproofing so it's more or less making it yourself.

What if your measurements are out and you have a 17 inch gap between the post and the gate...make your own buddy it's quite easy and half the price.

But I would make the gate to the same measurements I would give to the bloke who puts the gate together, if I made it.

Get yourself to Lamberts for some tongue & groove, some 2x4 and some "capping".
Give them the measurements and they'll cut them to length for you.

There is a small wrought Iron gate & railings place on Lomeshaye Ind estate called T&F steel design.

Up our way is "Timberworks" in Settle they made some double gates for my Mother's drive about 12 years ago

I used Ed's Sheds in Nelson and he knocked me up a made to measure one and fitted it.
He did me a bespoke shed too.
All I will say is hes usually quite busy so if its an emergency I'd ring him to see his timescale first.

Yes.... Just nick next doors while they're out coat of quick drying paint... No one will ever know.
