According to the wiki link he plays for Norway but who trusts wiki?

He is Norwegian.

Always a bit dubious about players who have spent so much time on loan. Doesn't mean he's bad but it suggests he's lacking somewhere. He's an international but he plays for Norway, which doesn't make him necessarily world class. Having said that I've never heard of him before so he might be bloody brilliant (but I'm not holding my breath).
