A chance for Liverpool to go 8 points clear and a chance for Solskjaer to leave through the back door.

No Salah in the squad but still think it’ll be a Liverpool win

IMO, a draw would be a good result.

We don't want our relegation rivals picking up points.

Nor our title challengers for that matter - draw for me

Utd playing 5 at the back.

Bore draw here. Overhyped game in my opinion, this season.

Even if it’s a draw United will claim/celebrate as a victory as it’ll stop Liverpool’s winning streak

Is Sean Dyce in the away dug out?

Long aimless ball after long punt time after time.

Ironically IT is right for once, with the VAR call that shows massive inconsistency.

I’d say big club bias but...

Yep, huge VAR inconsistency. It's really quite troubling for the game.

Wow, that's shocking. It's a foul.

But Mr Coote is Var ref, so he's not got the b0llocks to over rule Atkinson

That decision makes a Varce out of yesterdays. These twohats are totally inept.
It’s even worse for anybody who has followed the Rugby World Cup. The standard of reffing and the dialogue with players is superb.

VAR is a fricking farce

it was introduced to remove controversy instead is added to it ten fold

It’s ridiculous that our goal was disallowed and that was allowed today - either both should stand or both should be disallowed.

Neither, in my opinion, were a foul but that’s the problem with this system. It’s inconsistent and it’s all over the place in terms of what is a ‘clear and obvious error’. It’s created more debate than it has stopped, unfortunately.

No difference to our ours yesterday.
If that’s not a foul, our goal should have stood.

It’s turning into a real farce.

That’s an excellent point about the officiating in the RWC, although it did take them until the second round of games before they were able to iron out inconsistencies surrounding the use of dangerous tackles. The communication between players and officials and the ability for the viewer to hear that is so much more refreshing than the guesswork we have in football.

Woods contact with Evans was not 1% of the contact on Origi

Considering you posted it 5 mins before it happened, I think that was a given.

It is ironic that your windup attempt on this occasion has fallen flat on its tits.

Every major decision in football has grey areas so these arseholes can get the result they want. The handball is now as it should always have been and that was handball but how can you kick a player and it isn’t a foul?

I know there’s new rule in about handball, but that wasn’t intentional and it didn’t alter the flight or control of the ball

Yes he did. Hit his hand clear as day.

I’m assuming the goal was allowed to stand as the foul was in the other half of the pitch and probably deemed to be another phase of play. Decisions have to be made although such decisions only add to the confusion.

The game is f****d, Mane decision as least consistent with others this season, but how is it not a foul on Origi if Wood was penalised for less of a touch on Evans.

Coote was never going to overrule Atkinson so why have him doing the job in the first place.

Wow this VAR is unreal my thoughts are that it’s only a handball if it’s deliberate or your arm is in a unnatural position for me I’m not sure if his arm was in a unnatural position and it definitely wasn’t deliberate I’ve played football for 30 years plus and there is no way you can get your arm/hand away sometimes yet again controversial decision for me could have gone 50/50 if it was a defender would a pen be given hmmmmmm not sure but at least it’s livened up a very poor game Liverpool have looks $hit
