Booking at this late stage probably none of them. I find Manchester generally seems a little bit cheaper than the other two if you have to get the train.

When in London catch a Bus to the ground...it's a trek from any tube station.25/30 minutes walk.

Here's the options.

Can get a lot closer if you get the overground. Think you'd have to get from Euston to Liverpool St though.

Northumberland Avenue on the overground is a 5 min walk from the ground. Not sure which London station it goes from but if you are driving Waltham Cross is v close to J25 M25 with parking. Is only a few stops to N Ave and you are close to the motorway for a get away. I usually do M62 to Ferrybridge A1 and take that all the way down. I used that 2 weeks ago, no roadworks and you don't hit a roundabout until Wyboston in Cambridgeshire.

M1 has roadworks and ave speed cameras from Northampton down past Milton Keynes and joins M25 3 junctions further west than A1M.

Take the underground from euston to Liverpool Street station, from there take the overground to White Hart Lane station. The stadium is just a short walk from there.

If you fancy a beer before the game there is a social club, think its an Irish Club where away fans are welcome. We have been there quite a few times and always been made welcome, with or without colours, always been plenty of Clarets in there.
As you come out of White Hart Lane station cross the road and walk straight ahead down the road opposite the station. From memory I would say the club is around 150 yards down that road.

You'll need to walk from Euston to Euston Square to get the tube to Liverpool Street. It's only a couple of minutes walk although there is a lot of HS2 building work going on.

Personally I'd just get the tube to seven sisters and get one of the buses up the high road to the ground. It's certainly the quickest option.

Can also vouch for said Irish club. No hassle in there and very close to the ground. There are two sections,one home, one away, you'll soon work out which is which!

Yes. Oyster card or contactless credit/debit card.

You just tap it on the reader when you get on. It's the same fare regardless (£1.50) so you don't have to tap it when you get off, say where you're going, etc.

Oyster/card is the cheapest option. It automatically limits the amount you spend to a daily travel card price if you use it a lot.

Northumberland Park is the station. That's the station if you're going from Stratford. It's slightly further than White Hart Lane (which incidentally Spurs want to rename to Tottenham Hotspur Station).

White Hart Lane is the station next to the ground that you get to from Liverpool Street

I was thinking of using a debit card for ease of travelling on tube, how does it work with the reader if I'm going via Overground too from Liverpool St.?
And when I get off at White Hart Station how do you get through the barrier because it will be closed.
As far I was aware I just tap it at Euston when leaving then on arrival. Is that correct ?.......Yes I know, thick northerner

Just tap it at every barrier. So tap in at Liverpool St then tap out when you leave White Hart Station.

and all your fares, underground, overground, buses (and wombling, too….) are capped at a daily max spend - if you keep everything on the same card.

Saturdays are off-peak - I'm sure TfL.com will state what the cap is.

Get this all the time with work. If you live in London you know all the perks, tourists just get fleeced and overpay for travel.

If you have any problems with the transport charges then you can phone them and get refunds. I had problems for the Arsenal when my card didn't register at Arsenal station. I ended up paying far too much but it was quickly sorted and I got a full refund down to what I should have paid.

It's really easy with an Oyster or a debit/credit card.

Just a reminder that Spurs is a cashless stadium for anyone wanting to buy cheese etc..

Cheers for the info regarding the underground, so easy using your debit card, looked this morning and it cost me £8 for the day.

I am pleased to say I sussed out on street parking and caught the 279 in and back, using my old folks bus pass!
Free electric charging and an old folks ticket, made a very cheap day out.
