I looked at him and thought "I bet his contract runs out at the end of the season and this is his agent trying to get a better deal". Unsurprisingly it seems his contract does end at the end of this season.

Yeah, think we can forget this one.

I would be amazed if we even knew what his situation was, he isn't very good!

Exactly my thoughts when I saw the click bait news. Agent doing his job to get him a new deal or a move.
Then I thought, sell Vydra for less than market value to put money in the transfer pot for next Summer and bring in a cheap last contract clogger on the basis of a flash in the pan goal scoring performance at the start of this season.
It's beginning to sound a lot like last year
Everything thing we do
Take a look at the team and men, it will be selling time again
With candy canes and silver lanes that glow
That got me worried, because it sounds plausible.
A new signing isn't just for Christmas. We need players who could go on to have a long term future with the club and possess the potential to rise in value. We don't need gap pluggers who might struggle to justify their status as back up players, while they soak up big wages, and be worth nothing in a couple of years.

Sorry, had a chuckle at that little chorus.

When you see a player being linked with a number of clubs it’s usually a bit of agent work alongside some click bait.

Sounds about right for us. A bench warming championship player.

The other lad Charlton have brought in from non-league, Bonne, is worth a look.

I very much doubt he is on the radar
If he is then very very worrying

You know a story is ridiculous when even Boysie won't take it seriously enough to use it as an excuse to have a go at the club
