How are we doing with the numbers of yellow cards our players have got ? When does the date for suspensions for 5 yellow cards change to be increased to 10?

Jeff now has 5 and misses Everton I believe, luckily we are slowly getting some bodies back with JHB playing 2 games this week.

SD was fining them for silly bookings when he came in, so we were led to believe.
He needs to crack down again cos we pick up some pointless, petty ones.

This will cost us at Everton.

Professional ones are needed, but dissent and silly ones are unlike us, think this will be what seems like the first time in a while we've lost players to suspensions for 5 bookings before Christmas

JBG is back (so Jeff missing Everton, I think) & could slot straight back in....
Come on you top ten Clarets

Really like Westwood but he does pick up some needless yellows.

As timing for a suspension goes, boxing day isn't a bad one- we will need some fresh legs for united anyway.
I'm probably more concerned about Westwood, who now has 6. Ten by 32 games would see him miss two games.
Would expect to see Lennon in for Hendrick after a few tidy cameos for the bench, possibly as part of a midfield 5.

Not sure Dyche will throw JBG back into start just yet. I know Everton will get a lift with Ancelotti going in but they looked dreadful today.

Brady for Jeff I think for Everton, then if he or JBG does well off the bench, they'll start again.
Jeff has had a few quiet weeks.
Also the contract situation may play a part if he diesnt want to sign, he might get used only when needed

I actually think he 'bought' his 5th at Watford and was looking to get his suspension over whilst injured.

What’s the difference between “fouls committed” and “fouls won”?
How come we committed 21 fouls but Bournemouth only won 20?

It wouldn't surprise me to see Lennon start vs Everton.

Barnes and Westwoods in particular were stupidity.

Westwoods today like West Ham was stupid and needless. Yet people werent concerned when he picked that up v west ham.
As a combative player in a midfield that gets overrun its annoying he picked those up.

Yeh on the referees Part.Barnes maybe a booking for raising his arms but Westwood’s was never a booking,he got one because it was at the end of a series of fouls that went unpunished so Atkinson decided he better book someone, crap refereeing

We need 4 maybe 5 more wins out of the remaining
20 matches to guarantee safety I would say.
So perhaps Westy getting 10 cards wouldn't matter too much.
