Greetings from Mauritius

I associate myself with other Clarets local fans to wish you all a Merry Christmas .I SENT EQUALLY greeting cards to all regular players ,the Board members ,the principal officers my deepest salutations for their inspiration and guidance for the upkeep of the club and their visions to raise it to a higher level so that in future they can compete in Europe.
I have not forgotten His Worship the Mayor of your town as once he gave me a Civic Reception when I was introduced by my good friend late Frank Teasdale .
How can I forget the Editor in Chief of Burnley Express who carried an interview from me and published later .
My only wiishes are :
1. Burnley register more victories and claim a place to play in Europe .
2.That the stadium be modernized and enlarged to cater for about 30,000 spectators at a time.
3.That the finance of the club be improved so that they can enlist some promising youngsters.
4. May they get foreign investments from football-loving foreigners from either USA, Arabian countries or from Asia.

Merry Christmas Dave but we don’t need a bigger stadium and we don’t want investors who are not Burnley supporters.
