Virtually impossible to see us getting anything given our current form and obligitary capitulation to " big 6 " sides but given Utd rarely keep a clean sheet I'll go 1-4

Have to agree. We have conceded 3 vs Liverpool, 4 vs Chelsea and City at home this season. Sadly I don't see tomorrow being any improvement

Can't really see Drogba making any difference but you are correct in saying Villa is the big match.

Can you imagine for a minute what would happen if SD instructed us to go out against a “ big 6” club and play “ sexy football “ ?? Without pace and real quality we just cannot even attempt it . Though against an inconsistent Utd we could nick it 1-0

open up against Man Utd like Newcastle did and you get battered, defend with a low block and bully them with Barnes and Wood like Deeney and Watford did and you stand a chance. Newcastle would have stood a far better chance had they played Andy Carroll

They don't like it if they have most of the possession and therefore can't attack on the break utilising their superior pace.

I think we will therefore sit back and allow them most of the possession, with the hope that we can hit them on the break and/or
use our expertise at set pieces.

If they score first then we are goosed.

Newcastle should have been 2 up before Utd scored( and it was a gift) . They have youth and pace, but if we can just 'stay in the game', I wouldn't mind a 0-0 this evening.Oh Sean, please don't 'think out of the box again'.

Think the game plan will be to keep it to 0-0 for as long as possible as usual. If we are 2-0 down in the first half the game will be over as a contest. If we just sit back and invite pressure like we did against Man City it will be just a case of when they score and how many. You have to give the other team something to think about at the other end of the pitch.

One nil to us with a bit of luck . United have the odd injury so might have to play pogba who is not 100 per cent fit . Bit inconsistent too despite recent wins. Get into them and who knows ?
