Do you go to ticket office or is there a different ticket collection point on matchday?

Think it’s the ETC building next to the fanzone behind the James Hargreaves

wilks_bfc is correct. Just go into the entrance on the right hand side of the building and there's a counter there for collections. I wouldn't leave it until too close to kick off in case a queue builds up.
