I am making my way there. At Charnock Richard at present.
Clarets need to bounce back tonight. Show us what we are made of.
Madge has been preparing well. She is right up for it.
Let's really get a roar going tonight to unsettle the Mankyones.
Up the Clarets

Evening all , from a dark clear and mild evening here in Galway .
Now Saturday night waiting for our game is a Strange one and not drinking is even worse ( on call at work ) but not to worry as our Clarets will put in a shift tonight and send us all to bed happy .
The wife got me the Bob Lord book for Christmas just flicking at the moment then saw a picture of my dad in it which was unexpected as i have never seen it before until today .

How badly does Cork have to play to get dropped! He’s too lightweight to play in a two, he’s poor technically, and is 78% crab when it comes to passing.

Williams, Matic, Fred and Andreas are all very rash. Bardsley will bully James, Barnes and Wood will bully Lindelhoff
I'm trying to convince myself !! lol

My biggest fear is that they have players who can score from outside the box , just hope we are on the ball and don't give them the space to hit one from distance .

How do you know? He never tries anything different for us to know what the best team would be.
Maybe Vydra would have developed into the team or Drinkwater solidify that midfield or a change of formation etc. You know what I am getting at! The Palace, City, Tottenham, Bournemouth and Everton games have just left a sour taste with the way we have been playing recently.
I just hope we try and play rather than just hold our shape and let them keep coming at us and the Lump it, lose it, rinse, repeat.

Dyche has been keeping us up, but I don't think he knows how to get a team to play any different to how we play. It's his style of play, so we aren't going to change it. Vydra off to Leeds and so isn't being risked in case he gets an injury.
And people were complaining about Drinkwater when he played.

Hard to judge him off the City game and the only other appearance I remember is the cup match when he first came.
I don't agree about this is the only way we can play, I have seen us get it down and play football quite a bit, even this season, especially getting it out to Mcneil to push the line and whip a ball in, but these last few games that seems to have dwindled to get the ball, go backwards and then either one of our CB''s or Pope just leather it.

Let's think positive.
We have probably our best 11 in the starting line up and in Brady JBG & Jayrod on the bench 3 attackers Sean can bring on. So we won't need Kevin Long up front and Drinky can sit & plan his night out.

He had vision, footballing vision and what a refreshing change it was to see someone wearing a Burnley shirt with it.

Whilst not his best position, I do wonder if McNeil moving central and playing Brady left would help us. Get him on the ball in the heart of the action.

one thing that concerns me is that Ole has done what Mourinhio always did when he played us - he'll sit Matic on Barnes on every goal kick
