To all of those who smoke (and vape) in the concourse of the CFS:
I will not “just f#ck off and stop being a sensitive pussy”
I will not “f#ck off back to the crèche”
I will not “grow a pair” (already have a pair)
I will not “stop talking ********”
I will complain about people breaking the law as that is what they were doing.
I will continue to call you out every game.
Just stop smoking in a no smoking area.

Unfortunately, if the club were interested in doing anything about it, they'd have done it by now. Because it's not difficult to do something about it. Your complaints will get you nothing other than a placatory rub on the head from the club because they're not arsed.

It’s extremely difficult to police the vaping because it’s so discreet, you can easily inhale within 5 seconds & periodically abstain for minutes & so on, the continuous cloud chasing is obvious, the old skool vape sticks are so discreet you could be stood next to someone & be none no wiser that they were vaping.

I saw the stewards having a word with someone who was smoking on the inside part of the concourse and the bloke was just laughing at them. The stewards don’t actually care but they have to been seen to be doing something...

If it was just the vapers that wouldn’t be so bad, but when it’s actual smokers (at least 30 people) under the concourse who are breaking the law then I’ll complain about it. They’re all selfish prats who see no wrong in pushing a burning stick in people’s faces and it’s wrong so I’ll moan about it.

In all honesty I hadn’t realised there was widespread smoking under there ? In fairness that’s out of order and surely very easy to police by the club ? The whole “ CFS experience “ is pretty rancid imo from the coke heads ,beer bellies, poor facilities etc . They barely barely create any atmosphere these day’s anyway

I've been in the CFS once and once only, went for a slash at half time (took 20 mins to get there) two lads smoking dope in there. Told a steward about it and he said it would be too much hassle to deal with it

Tbh I don’t blame the stewards. They are paid a basic wage and are expected to deal with abuse and idiots.

Might not bother some. But why should non smokers be forced to breathe in and get covered in the stuff in a confined space?
The vaping is as bad. Might not smell as bad but who wants to breathe highly concentrated liquid and chemicals in?
Sniff your benzocaine all you want. Don’t force others to smoke your crap though.

I’m more worried about the amount of young lads in the CFS that feel the need to take a **** at half time. Constantly a line for the sit down bog. Must be some bad IBS in Burnley

That's a fair point.... have em at most/all London grounds. That said I noticed the low profile policing at turf moor today. And things ran smoothly granted it was only Bournemouth though.
