Hi fellow Clarets, my brother passed away suddenly last week and I apart from our dad who has dementia I am his only relative. He didn’t make a will and at the moment I am struggling to piece together his various bank and credit card accounts. I have found a Revolut card which I know he used when travelling but without a password or user name I am struggling to get anywhere - also from what I have seen Revolut is an App only card and there is no number for customer services ...... can anyone offer a suggestion on how to proceed ?

The link claretandjew provides will only give you a phone number to block a card (it's automated) or advise you to use the app.

The email address I think you need to use based on a quick google is compliance[@]revolut[.]com

Revolut, brilliant as it is, is difficult to contact anyone without having one of the premium accounts yourself. They do however, have a Twitter account which seems to respond to questions, so it may be worth asking them on there (if you have an account, otherwise, easy enough to set one up just for this purpose).
