Swansea are a club that's putting me off, as Lampard was there on loan.

It's an international for sure, and must be old to have played with Cole,

Lampard & Duff also shouts out as Chelsea as another club likely to be included, although of course it could always be West Ham + Rovers instead.

The United players could be cos Sinclair has played for all the international levels other than the first team - he represented them from u17s through to u21s. He also played for GB in the 2012 Olympics.

Gary Neville only ever played for Man U so the player has to have played for Man U, Fowler has played abroad likewise Owen so it must be someone who saw out their career in America/Ausralia etc.
