This link here shows an old map of Burnley.

For the OP cannot find a Duckett Terrace in the Accrington Road area unfortunately, but have found reference to it on a couple of death certificates of people who died living on Duckett Terrace, one in 1938 and one in 1952.

This link shows you old map on the left, compared with today on the right, gives you the option to change the year as well.

I’d already checked on the geo maps. It’s not there.
A google search shows it as Habergham Eaves. With a lot of weddings and funerals listed for the early 50s. Unfortunately no locations.

I’ve checked on old maps and it was behind the new Starbucks very close to the railway. Looks like it could have been a back to back with Campbell Street, obviously long since demolished.

Duckett Terrace was a short terrace which linked Accrington Road (opposite Holy Trinity Church) with Westgate (opposite Junction Street).
There was only a couple of houses on it as I recall
