General Builder / handyman
We are a local Letting Agent and require a General Contractor to undertake work on tenanted properties. They don't need to be Gas or Electric qualified. If anyone is interested we would be grateful for any recommendations. Very regular and reliable payers.

Bosscat might be interested he sounds like a bit of a handyman, and hes at a loose end because his building supplies company only delivered half his wood,as long as you dont get your supplies from Wickes you should be ok.
