Even people who don't know the name will definitely know his work on Spaghetti Westerns, but he scored over 500 films during his career.

Ecstasy of gold is excellent from the good, the bad and the ugly....used on many an advert and at the World Series of Poker...

My favourite Western he did the music for is "Once upon a time in the west" ...
Love his Theme music for the characters (George Lucas nicked the idea for Star Wars from him 😉)

The description 'genius' is overused - except in EM's case. Wonderful composer who will influence many in the future.
