Does it not have someone's name on it? Would it not be better to take it to the bank?

I’ll take it bank tomorrow if no one comes forward, hoping to return card for owners piece of mind.

Or the police station, the queues at the banks are horrendous.

We found a wallet last week and the bank rang the owner before he even knew he had lost it.
It's far easier for them than cancelling everything.

The police only destroy the card. They don't keep them or notify the owner.
